Tish O’Brien – Master Technician/ Certified Instructor/ Owner, Art Institute of Permanent Cosmetics

Tish O’Brien is an expert intradermal cosmetic technician specializing in paramedical tattooing, corrective makeup and permanent cosmetics.

She feels intradermal cosmetic artistry is about understanding the emotions, lines, contours and symmetry of each client and using that understanding to enhance each woman/man’s unique, distinctive attributes.

With 23 years of experience and over 20,000 procedures, she has extensive specialized skills and knowledge far surpassing industry standards. Tish is an expert technician referred to by plastic surgeons, ophthalmologists, dentists, dermatologists, aestheticians, and salon professionals across the U.S.

She is well-known for her diverse paramedical procedures, corrective work and introducing realistic hairline eyebrows long before microblading or nano hairline strokes existed.

Her approach to mentoring and teaching covers the full spectrum of technique and method, with an emphasis on developing a well-rounded and informed student. She focuses on using the students natural ability and then implements new and expanded foundational skills to create a successful and confident technician and ultimately an artisan.

Tish has had a passion for the intradermal cosmetics industry since 2001, and loves to share her knowledge to help others, on what has made her a national success.
