Important Notice:
It is my practice to pre-qualify the client for a procedure. This is why it is extremely important to choose a knowledgeable technician who understands the limitations of certain health issues. Client’s have a responsibility to correctly inform the technician as pre-qualifying questions are asked.
It is quite important to follow all pretreatment advice and aftercare thoroughly. The outcome of the procedure largely depends on the care on the client’s behalf. To ensure optimal results and retention, the client must be willing to properly follow all instructions and care, so they can enjoy their permanent makeup for years to come.
Cancellation policy:
Due to the amount of time and attention blocked off for each client and reserving the technician’s time, it is respectfully asked that clients give a 72-hour notice of cancellation or schedule change . . . no matter the reason. A deposit of $100 is required to book an appointment. Cancellations are accepted by phone and/or text only at 469-831-4695.
* Texas Clients: Due to the out-of-state commute and limited spots available, a 7-day notice of cancellation is required.
* Students– A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due upon booking a seminar/ class.
